Aspects of Exmoor

Trees & Woodland

Page 1

You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the
mountains and the hills will burst into song before
you and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.
Isaiah 55:12

Like J.R.R.Tolkien I am a great lover of trees and have frequently photographed them.
The first part of this gallery is specifically aimed at showing views of single trees or small
groups where the tree is a central part of the view whereas larger stretches of woodland
will appear in the second part of this gallery. I have made some attempt to present
them roughly by area and in some cases, there may be more than one shot of the
same view to present a contrast.
